We have continued to grow our product line through the years for our Open Systems Accounting Software clients through the addition of the SQL Data Warehouse for OSAS and Bar Coding for Purchase Order, Inventory, and Work Order. We have also continued to keep our products up to standards with Open Systems current versions of it's software. We're experienced using Crystal Reports to create reports from the Data Warehouse to meet our customers needs. We produce custom applications outside of Open Systems Accounting Software, which includes web development.
- Work Order Processing
- This is the core or base module of our applications. Work Order includes the basic functions from opening a work order, entering parts, labor and generating an invoice. Equipment can be added and tracked within the module for historical purposes. Day-end and periodic processing and complete historical reporting are included.
- Preventive and Scheduled Maintenance
- Adds the functions to Work Order processing for setting up both scheduled and preventive maintenance's with the ability to attach them to specific pieces of equipment. This module also provides automatic work order creation along with the associated reports. There are no limits to the number of maintenances that can be performed on equipment.
- Dispatch Work Order Manager
- Provides the "front end" to the Work Order Processing module.
- Contract and Job Tracking Manager
- One of the most powerful modules in our product line. The features provided by this module include Service & Maintenance Contracts, Extended Warranties, Contracted Hours of services, Project & Job Tracking and costing.
- Purchase Order Interface
- This module allows items ordered through Purchase Order to be added directly to a work order. Many service businesses order parts (both stock and non stock) specifically for work orders.
- Professional Time Management
- This module allows for an effecient method of entering time for productivity which includes billable and overhead labor time.
- QuikSale
- Is designed for simple and quick parts/sales counter transactions.
- Behind The Scenes Manager
- This module allows for the automation of repetitive day end tasks.
- Bar Coding Modules
- Designed to increase the efficiency and accuracy of tracking Inventory. There are 3 modules that can be installed. Inventory to handle physical inventory needs and bar code printing. Purchase Order which prints labels as inventory is received and WO+ to relieve parts and materials as they are used.
